window crank operator

Hello - I just wanted to double-check before I place an order. The distance between the two bottom holes is 1 3/8" and the distance between the top hole and the bottom hole is 5 1/4". The arm that connects with a clip to the window has a little bend to it. I'm thinking that your part 39-194 RH is the one. Please let me know if you think I'm on the right track! Thanks!
