window crank + plastic cover

Question

Hello, I am in need of the missing crank and plastic cover (that are circled in the first picture).  The window that it's missing on is in the second picture.  I borrowed the crank I have on the other window and it works fine- it's just missing, as is the cover.  I also included the only sticker/marking I could find on the window- not sure if you can figure out the model from it.

Thanks for posting! This cover reminds me of the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover. It is most often used with the 39-114L and 39-205 (folding) crank handles.

Another option is the 39-107FK, which a folding handle and cover kit.

Take a look at each of them on the website to determine the best option for the repair.
