Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I will be up there 6/11-6/19 so if you have parts, I can have them sent there and install them when I get there.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the rear-mounted operators we've related on this page to your assembly, paying close attention to the length of the arm that moves the sash.

Your third photo shows a different type of Pella operator, which uses the 39-109B handle. Unforutnately, the cover is discontinued and no longer available. If you need the entire operator, we would need to see the assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
