Thanks for the photo. I am afraid your exact operator from Look is no longer available. I'd like to encourage you to take a look at our 39-256B and our39-257B newer style operators. These are not as heavy duty as yours; however, these are the only substitutes available. Also look at our 33-081 mounting screws. Lastly you may also want to check out our 33-207 shoulder bolt bushing and 33-067 shoulder screw to see if you need to replace these in your window as well.
