Hello there. I'm afraid I couldn't cross-reference that code to a specific operator in our records. Can you show us a picture of the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window sash? A bird's eye view, with the window open, would suffice. We'll do our best to narrow down what you need from there.

That's a huge help, thank you! This handle looks like a dead ringer for our 39-232. This is commonly used on Roto brand parts, if that name happens to be familiar to you. 

Just note that this handle has a hole made to accept a ribbed 11/32" spline. There are some older versions of this operator that instead have a hex shaped 5/16" spline. That's something you might want to check before you buy anything, just to be safe.
