window cranks / handles

Question

Hi. I am looking for brass window cranks or handles for wooden casement windows from a home in the 1920 in South Florida. See picture. Contact me if you have any leads.

It's tough to say. I don't think this is made anymore. Could you use something like our 39-268 as a substitute?
