It looks like you may have an Ashland operator. If so, unfortunately, we do not carry handle and cover kits that would be compatible with your assembly. We do offer the 39-114L and 39-205 folding handle that attaches to an 11/32" diameter operator spline. If your spline has the same diameter, one of our handles may work but we do not offer a compatible cover. I'm sorry that we won't be able to offer more assistance with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
