Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380 or S385 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to confirm the length of your metal channel and find the stamp number on your balance to choose your spring strength option.

Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

thank you for this information. the metal bar measures 31 inches. I have searched high and low for a number to try to find exact parts. where could I find a "Stamp number" ?

Hi Michele. The stamp code should be somewhere along the metal channel. If there is none, or if it's too faded to read, the best thing to do is to weigh your window sash on a bathroom scale. You can then match that exact weight with one of the stamp options listed on the S380-31 or S385-31 product page.
