window frame balancers need to be replaced

A quick learner from New Jersey says:
silverline double hung windows
i need the primary and secondary balancer and the balance foam plug.
not sure if i need to replace the coil, they are still there.
the sash weighs 10.8 pounds if i need new coils.

This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 180 Coil Balances. If the springs are undamaged you could reuse them; however if the window fails to open or stay open the springs likely are damaged and should be replaced. For a window that weighs 10.8 pounds, use two of the S180-5 5 pound springs, one for either side of the sash. That will equal 10 pounds of total support (being within 1 pound of the exact sash weight is sufficient). See how these components come together below. I am afraid we do not carry the dust plug you refer to. Apologies for any inconvenience.
