window frame piece

Question

I am looking for the bottom frame piece for the pic attached. It is the top stationary window that has locks that are attached but I am missing from the other window.
Second picture shows my window complete and showing what I am missing on the first picture.

Hello! Looks like you're missing the snap in glazing. On this type of window, the glazing strip you're missing serves two purposes: 1) it helps hold the glass in the frame and 2) it gives the lock keepers something to screw onto.
