House was built in 2009 with Pella windows throughout. One of the original windows as a glitch with closing i.e. at the seal where it meets the sill. There is a groove in the bottom of the window that meets the frame and there is a slight slight warp in bottom of the sill so not sealed properly. It is a very minor problem but enough to permit cool air to come into the house. Just need a trim piece that would meet the bottom of the window. Thank you for any help with your expertise in this question.

I'm not sure if this is a project that we could help with. We unfortunately don't sell trim pieces, and I can't think of any particular product that would fill the gap you've described.
I think you might be better served contacting a local carpenter. Assuming that this window has wood trim (as many Pella windows do) then they may be able to set you up with a new trim piece that can close that cap.
