I'm afraid I can't make out what glazing you have based on this picture. All snap in glazing more or less looks the same while it's installed. IN order to find a good replacement, we'd need to see a clear picture of its end profile. 

In the meantime, see our 55-204. This may be a good place to start. Carefully compare its shape and dimensions to your own glazing and let me know if they match up. At the very least, this should give you a good idea of what kind of information we will need to find a better match.
