I need a replacement window opener. PAT.NO. 198202 U.S., R.H.RD.1963 CAN

overall length is 5 4/5 inches
top to bottom hole is 4.5 inches on center

off set crank attachment holes are 2 3/5 inches on center

I ordered 39-278 and its not close enough - can it be returned?

Yes, you can return the 39-278. See our return policy for more information. In the meantime, take a look at our 39-259. This appears to be a better match for the one in your photo. Carefully compare our dimensions to your own to confirm.
