Thanks for posting! The part number you've provided is most often associated with the 39-226 Male Roto Folding Handle. If this handle is falling out of the operator, it is likely that the part of the base that accepts this handle is stripped, which means you'll likely need to replace your operator.

That said, to properly identify your existing operator, I'll need to see photo of the entire operator. In addition to the base of the operator, I'll need to see the arm(s) as well as how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash.
