window handles

Question

In 2021 you service me and i could not have been happier. The parts that we replaced then were for two windows, then handle on the actual window that goes out, and all parts were replaced. Now its the same windown where the handle actually opens the window. I can send photo if you request. I need two set for one window. Please advise.
