window handles that separated from the crank

Can you please help me get the replacement parts for these windows made by Truth.  they are handles that broke off from the crank turn.

We'd be happy to help but we would like to see a top-down photo of the operator that the handle attaches to with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify the operator, that will help us confirm which handles would be compatible. Thank you!
