window hard ware issue

Hi,

I need your assist and advice to replace the hardware of my window.
the window sash balance is broken from the bottom and need to be replaced but I don't know which part to choose.
the size window is 5FT x 2.35FT.

Hi Saif,

I can't guarantee the correct replacement hardware while it's still installed in the window but your pivot shoe resembles our 15-180. Take a look and see if the width and thickness shown on our product page matches yours. If so, this pivot shoe is compatible with our S190 coil springs.
