Thanks for posting. Can you show us the nylon attachment at the other end of the balance. Can you also measure the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments? There should also be a stamped code right next to the Fiberlux stamp on the metal channel; can you show us a picture of that code? From there, we'll try and narrow down what you need.

Many thanks for writing in. For your Fiberlux window, you will need S350-18 Channel Balance. The spring option of 17D conforms to our stamp option of 1740, for a sash weighing 14 through 17 lbs.
