Order #1479428 We purchased four of item 38-036 (white) from you and they're almost right. The screw holes aren't threaded on 38-036 and they need to be. The part fits in the spot and the screw holes line up. We need to exchange but don't know what part we need (thought this was it). Please help with right part

Thanks for posting. You will need a self tapping screw. The manufacturer recommends 33-072. This works perfectly fine, as we've used it to install the 38-036 hundreds of times. Let me know if you have any other questions.
