window hardware

Question

in the photos you can see the two windows on the outside that are casing windows.
There's a photo of the info on the window, which does not need replacing at this time.
Then there's the hardware which I hope you can see clear enough. it's all rusted and I need to replace both of them.
please let me know your thoughts.

I recommend our 39-220B operator and 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base. For a compatible handle and cover, see our 39-376 or 39-452 depending on the style you prefer. Review the dimensions for these parts and compare them with your original hardware to confirm they align for what you need.
