These windows are vinyl and the only name I can find on them is on the locks.

The smaller windows have only one coil.

Hello! Your coil balance system looks like it's comprised of our 15-175 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. I'm less sure about your pivot bar, but our 26-316 is similar. You may want to remove the original to confirm. Otherwise,  look these parts over and let me know what you think.
