Upon cranking my window closed, the hinge hangs up 1/2 inch before closing fully. It looks like the "black slides" have worn down.
Please advise

Hey Greg. Looks like these casement window hinges should be replaced outright. See if the 10" 36-004-10 Hinge Set matches what you have. Let me know what you find.
