need balance clip. We need the grey part. It slides into the white part I also uploaded. one end goes to the window (sash?) other end goes into the white circle part I also uploaded.

This part is known as a pivot bar. I would start by looking at our 26-400, however I recommend that you go over our dimensions to confirm that they're the same.
