this part is on both sides and you pull them in to lay the window down
both parts slide out of the top

I realize what I need is window latches
How do I measure to get the right ones

Hello,

It sounds like you need new tilt latches. If you could show us a photo of an undamaged latch removed from the sash, including dimensions like the length, width, thickness etc, we'd be happy to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Latch is 2 7/8 inches long without the latch
3/4 inch wide
Has 075 stamped inside and 5R , I'm thinking for right latch

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 26-390 and 26-391 tilt latches to yours. Thanks for posting!
