I see. So it looks like you need a new casement window lock with an escutcheon. We don't have many locks like this, and I can't tell exactly what you have while it's still installed, but look at our 38-205, 38-208, and 38-209 to start out. One of these may work for you, though to confirm which (if any), you'll have to remove the original to compare to our photos and dimensions.
