I did not see this one on your list. It has no alignment nubs. on bottom is marked H 1089. need 2. the window is a comfort design mst4060

We should definitely be able to supply a match. Before I recommend anything, can you confirm the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? Can you also confirm the distance from the screw centers to the back, glass-facing edge of the lock?

installation holes center to center 2 1/16
edge to hole center 9/16
appears they are left and right, but any orientation should work

Thank you! We have lots of sweep locks in this style with a 2-1/16" spacing, but not a 9/16" offset. Would 11/6" work? If so, I think you can use our 90-278 to repair your window.
