mechanism handle rotates upward 90 degrees to open/unlock window......reverse tp close. There are no markings but this is a 25yr old condo so maybe Anderson contractor grade??

Yep! From the 38-090 shop page, you can simply click "Add to Cart", and then click "Checkout" in the top right corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity you need. Let me know if you have any other questions!
