Thanks for posting! The latch you have here looks like it could be either the left handed 26-110 or right handed 26-111 Top Tilt Corner Latch. You'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to determine if these are right replacement.

These are compatible with the 26-119 Sash Release Lever.
