Above is the broken window latch and a label. The back of latch said part#5.139.291
Long might be 6.5 cm and wide 1.5cm not sure about this.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the tilt latch shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. If you could show us an intact latch from the other side or an identical window in the house, we can go from there. Thank you!
