window latch that no longer rotates.

this window latch no longer rotates because the moving part is stripped. I need a replacement latch. I traced the latch onto paper, and wrote down the measurements of the actual latch (2.76" long x 1.09" wide, both at the widest parts I could measure). I can measure the screw holw width if needed. 

With a caliper measurement, it looks like 52mm center to center of the mounting hole.
