Looks like you need a vent latch and tilt latch. We should be able to supply both.

It's tough to make out exactly what vent latch you need while yours is still installed, but consider our 26-122. This may be what you need, but you should review the dimensions we show for this product just to be sure.

As for the tilt latch, you should start by comparing the dimensions we show for the 26-393 pair to your own. Once again, as long as the dimensions match up then you should be good to go.
