window latches on single hung window

This house was buiit 10 years ago and my friend bought it a year ago. these are certainly original windows but I cannot find
a sticker with the manufacturer. the one lock is broken as you can see and i would like to order 6 replacements (looking ahead for future breakage) the latch is about 3 and 3/8 inches long and plastic.
