Hi,

I am a realtor and I am selling a house in Rancho Murieta. Numerous window latch/locks are broken, as you can see from the pictures I have attached.

Hi Ina. This exact lock has been discontinued, but I believe our 90-313 can be used instead. Look it over and see what you think.
