The window balance you are searching for is a custom, Apex style channel balance. These can be identified by the staple-like bracket installed in the shoe. The Series 385 Channel Balance is not interchangeable with them.
I'm happy to provide you with a quote for the replacements, but I'll need to know the number of balances you'd like to purchase. The quantity minimum is (2) balances.
