window lift (jim walter products label...) and cam pivots

I am fixing a bunch of double hung window lifts. the sticker says "jim walter window components".

I need 6 of the 22 J and 6 of the 20j they are 21 1/2 inch's.

I also need a dozen cam pivots (as shown in the picture) that lock into the lift.

Can you help with this product?
