We'd be happy to look into this for you but the pivot shoe shown in your photos is too damaged to identify. To get started, we'll need to see an intact version of this shoe removed from the other side or from an identical window. If you need the balances that attach to the shoes to support the window sash as well, we'll need to see one of those uninstalled as well to compare to our inventory. Please include the top of the balance used for installation, as well as confirm the diameter and length of the housing tube. Thank you!
