window lock - 39-375

Hello. i ordered these window locks 39-375 and 38-208, but I still need that letch piece for the part 38-208 is missing from the window (the piece that clicks in the part 38-208 to operate)

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, we would not be able to determine what you need without seeing photos of the original assembly. Is there another intact window in the house that uses the same hardware? That would help us determine if the part that you need is something that we can supply. Thank you!

I was talking about the metal piece in which you insert that item 38-208

Unfortunately, we do not carry a specific part designed to attach to the 38-208. We would need to see detailed photos of your window linkage to look into this further.

The part shown in your photo looks like the escutcheon lock handle. If you're looking for the internal window linkage inside the window, I'm not confident that we would be able to supply replacements for those parts but we would need you to open the window to show us an unobstructed view of the additional parts that you need to confirm.

If you're referring to the window frame surrounding the cutout where the lock installs, that would be specific to the window manufacturer and is not something that we'd be able to supply.
