Looking to repalce these in white if possible. Would like them to fit in the existing holes.

Take a look at the 90-286 lock, which measures 1-7/8" between the installation hole centers, with an 11/16" backset. You'll want to make sure your old lock matches these specifications.
There's no specific keeper used with this lock, however. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, for the keeper?

No, as there's no specific keeper used with this lock. We'd have to know the written-out distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center, for further review.
