Radisson window lock

I really cannot identify who is the manufacturer for this lock (picture attached). On one side is mentioned RADISSON U.S.PAT-6.076.804.
I would be extremely grateful if you can help with an advice.

I'm not familiar with this lock. Take a look at our 38-139 and see if this is a possible match. Make sure to carefully compare our dimensions to yours to confirm.
