window lock inquiry

I am a LANDLORD in Nashville.
When a tenant recently moved in he told me a window does not lock.
Upon inspection, I discovered that BOTH Keepers had been broken.

I removed a complete latch from a different window. Photos attached.

My local window supplier tells me that this latch is by Amesbury Truth.
She can't help me with this.

I only need the two KEEPERs but I am willing to buy the whole latch to keep my new tenant happy.
