window lock replacement

lever broke and assuming I need to replace the whole part.

Hey there,

Thanks for your post! You are correct, since the handle has snapped from the casement lock, the entire mechanism will need to be replacement. I'm happy to recommend a replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the entire piece removed from the window.

I'm happy to help! Your casement lock looks like it could possibly be replaced with the 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, or the 38-139. To determine which of these is the best fit, you'll need to be sure to compare each of their dimensions to your existing lock. The diagrams can be found in the online catalog.

In addition to the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, you'll want to be sure to compare the measurement for the prongs.
