The lock latch is broken, wont catch (very loose). I believe the measurment is 4 3/4.
the outside crank handle is cracked (see photo). I have 2 of each on my bay window and would like to replace them. Can I just replace the handle or the whole assy? is there a how 2 video on repairing this? what would the cost of the parts be as I would like to order them. Thank you Charlie

Thanks for posting! This window lock reminds me of either the 38-095 or the 38-096. To determine if either of these is the correct match, carefully review and compare their dimensions on the website.
In regard to the operator cover and handle, if the cover can be removed, you can likely use the 39-375 to replace it. Should you find you need to replace the entire assembly, I suggest using the 39-221B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator.
