window locking springs.

A quick learner from Oxnard, CA says:

We need to replace a number of these window locking springs. I'm assuming it doesn't matter if they're right or left sliding windows?

Also Need directions on how to remove the existing ones. We're a couple of old ladies here and we can't open our windows past 2 inches because of this problem. Please help. Thank you

this vent lock is very similar to our 26-122. I recommend looking this part over to determine if it will work for you.
