Purchased 700 series spiral balance single-hung windows at Home Depot around 2010 -2013. Thought they were manufactured by Anderson but there was no identification except a sticker with the markings Serious 700 & MST: 4452. Google brought me to Swisco Inc. with the exact definition of the window-Apparently SWISCO doesn't manufacture this window, but it looks as if you sell the parts of 3/16" x 11/32" Bubble insulation which I will purchase in the future. If you could tell me the size of the pile weather seal that goes on the sides of the window, I will purchase that as well- and what is the best lubricant to use on these windows? Years ago, I worked for my brother's shutter company and would clean and lubricate accordion and roll down shutters with LC Wax. Would LC Wax work here or not?
