need replacement part. screw part unscrews from mechanism.

Hello,

It appears that your worm gear is stripped, which means you'll need an all-new operator. If you could remove it and show us what it looks like out of the window, we'd be happy to recommend a replacement for you. Thank you!

I still can't see the whole operator, but start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. These may possibly work for you, but you'll have to compare your part to our dimensions and photos to confirm.
