window mechanism not working

The mechanism is not working properly, I can open the window, but when closing, it gets blocked.I hope you can help me, it looks I need a new mechanism.

Hello,

I believe we'll be able to offer a replacement for your operator but we'll need to see a photo with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are exposed. Thank you!

Perfect. I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions of our EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032 operators to yours and if they match up, you should be good to go! Thanks for posting.
