window mfg identity

I'd like to replace the gaskets on my windows. The only identifying mark is stamped on the aluminum frame between the glass panes. Can you tell me who the manufacturer of windows with the code INE-96? Thanks, Sharon

Hello, Sharon. I'm afraid that number doesn't tell me anything. We may be able to help, but I'll need photos of the gasket in question. The video below will show you exactly what information we need to be able to help you.

I have the same windows. The retainer clip on the top of the tip-in panel is broken on many of them. No other identifying marks. INE 96 stamped into the aluminum seperator between the glass panes.
