window moulding replacement

My moulding is cracking out on several windows and I would like to replace it. moulding is 3/8 inch wide and strips could be cut from a roll if this is how it comes. lengths are 45 inches high and 23.25 inches right to left.

I have removed some of the window moulding I wish to replace. It is 1/2 inch wide at widest side. I will include pic which shows moulding looking from one end and from front. Please tell me which product to purchase. Thank You
