Question

Stop measures: 3/8 by 1/2 by 1 9/16 inches. I you can id please note that I need 6 each.

Thanks for reaching out! The piece you're looking for is the top sash guide that gets installed to the top corner of the window. It helps to guide the balance in the window channel and prevents it from shooting up out of the channel.

Yours looks a lot like our 18-180. Carefully compare the dimensions to determine if this might be the replacement needed for your window.
