This window is in a rental unit, it is a complete mess. It appears that one balance was replaced with something that should not be there. I am limited to 5 images ..

It appears you have two different types of balance systems here. One is our 15-087 which uses the Series 180 coil springs and the other is our Series 770 channel balance. I'm just not sure which one was original to the window, unfortunately. 

I'm thinking it might've been the 15-087, judging by the pivot bar. I don't often see that pivot bar used with the Series 770 setup. However, I'm afraid this is just a guess since it's not something we can judge.
